legislative testimony

Did you know that your first OWI (DUI in other states) in Wisconsin is not even a criminal charge? its a civil charge, like a speeding ticket. This is because powerful Republicans in Wisconsin are corrupt and receive kickbacks from the very powerful tavern league of Wisconsin, but also because they're idiots and their constituents are idiots.

Here's a legislative testimony on 2019 Assembly Bill 18 in the Wisconsin legislature. I plan to, at some point, to write more in-depth about my experiences in rural Wisconsin and my first hand knowledge of the rural Wisconsin drunks and their rural Wisconsin roads.

2019 Assembly Bill 18 failed to pass pursuant to senate joint resolution 1, which essentially means, despite it getting five different fiscal estimates, and two different amendments, it was never voted on. It is still not criminal to drink and drive for the first time in Wisconsin.
